Brown & Mitchell, Inc. (BMI) was selected by the Harrison County Development Commission to provide civil engineering services for the Port Intraplex Development.  The project consisted of the design of a specialized “mini commerce park” within the boundaries of the Bernard Bayou Industrial District.

Improvements to the area included asphalt pavement, underground storm drainage, railroad design, subdivision layout, and water and sewer utilities, as well as coordination of the utility lines installed by private utility companies.
